What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs.
- Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain timelines for vehicle completion.
- Maintain communication between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
- Ensure every customer receives outstanding service from check-in to vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships.
- Work closely with a team in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Basic understanding of automotive technology and repairs.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
